Finally able to maintain weight loss

I found the information in this book to be very helpful in over-coming the yoyo weight loss and regain I had been doing the last 40 years. This and a book called Mini Habits helped me very slowly lose 45 pounds and keep it off for over 3 years. It was a life change and not a diet program. The research from Duke University was very eye opening about a lot of things that go on in the body.
