Miller Fitness Plan

The plan developed by Carl Miller is effective, as evidenced by information about successful weight competitors described on his business website. His book contains thorough descriptions of many exercises and refers to others also available on his website. For a beginner using his method, putting the exercise descriptions in some form, such as looseleaf, that would enable the user to change the sequence of the exercises would be very helpful. Perhaps a companion workbook would be appropriate. There were some small elements of the descriptions omitted that made it necessary to look at some internet videos to fill in the details. The book can be very useful to someone looking for a system of exercise.
