Roach's welcome formula for writing

I can hear Roach's voice throughout this small volume, wry, funny, honest, and true to form. She's no nonsense and her advice to writing a memoir comes without decoration. The reader needs nothing more than themselves. Ditch the prompts and proceed as she says with intent. What a relief to read and follow. Give it a try!
