Another Classic from Jose Fraguas

This is a real hefty tomb full of stories gleaned from personal interviews with modern Budo Masters all from different backgrounds, arts & styles. The list is huge: Bong Soo Han, Ralph Castro, Hee Il Cho, Jun Chong, Joe Lewis, Thomas B. Mitose, Hiroo Mochizuki, Kensho Furuya, Leo M. Giron, Joseph Halbuna, Andre Nocquet, CHUCK NORRIS, Richard Norton, Stephen Hayes, Heo In Hwan, Dan Inosanto, ED PARKER, Richard Rabago, Surachai Sirisute, Rob Kaman, Ben Largusa, Rene Latosa, Edgar S. Sulite, Benny Urquidez & Bill Wallace. Quite a long & famous line-up!!. With over 330 pages packed with their life stories of their struggles & success's, why they did it & what they all achieved out of practising & studying their particular martial art. An absolutely fascinating read from start to finish. Jose has a particular flair & panache for writing interviews like this. Make sure you check out his many other similar titles, you really won't be disappointed. Study the insights into the physical, mental & spiritual methods that have enabled them to reach their pinnacle of fame as great teachers in their chosen art.

Pretty interesting interviews

I found this book while wandering in a book store and ended up reading almost the whole book in the store. Some rather interesting interviews, history, and insights from different masters...most still living. Aside from a few grammatical and typographical errors, its a good read with a number of quote worthy passages.
