Excellent Crash Course for Tutors and Experienced Tutors

I work in the tutoring center of a community college. We are very concerned with effective tutor training. I LOVE this book for training slightly-experienced tutors or ambitious new tutors. It is a small committment - this workbook could be completed by individuals over a few hours, or in a group meeting one hour a week for three or four weeks. Perfect workshop material, it includes case examples, discussion (or self-examination) questions, and concise lists of important points. Important for anybody who wants to tutor high schoolers or adults.
