A mother load of new manga

Best New Manga is a collection of the most promising manga from 2007 to 2008 collected from various new and old artists. Manga are cmics and cartoons conforming to the Japanese style of the late 20th century. With over 30 stories, this collection truly brings together some of the greatest talent that the manga world has to offer. The introduction goes on to give a brief run history of manga and related news, giving anyone new to the subject a nice little idea about the culture. Also brought to your attention is the manga jiman competition, giving us the top 3 winners. In particular, Unity Rising and Ed & Ecchi, were favorite stories. Unity rising is about a man's transformation from farmer to commander of an army of drugged soldiers and one man's search for his wife. Ed and Ecchi is the story of a guy that finds a cat one day only to learn that the cat has a dying owner. This is a great collection to own for the die-hard manga fan, or for the explorer wanting to see what all the manga fanfare is about.
