There are also stories taken from the Bible that illuminate principals of true, abiding friendship. Do you have the friendships you desire? Are you the friend you want to be? Friendship has gotten lost in the current culture of technology. It is easier to text than to develop an in-person, personal relationship. Even though technology is vital to communication, it should not replace developing relationships in personal contact. Each chapter tells a story, provides a basic principle of friendship, and ends with various points for the reader to ponder as they consider their own friendship characteristics and development. The reader is challenged to examine themselves and encouraged to make positive changes. Patricia Hull is a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Therapist. She has a long career working in child welfare, private practice and mental health facilities in Southern California. Patricia has developed training programs for foster parents. She has taught Bible Studies and has led praise and worship teams. Patricia has written Christian songs. Patricia is married and has two married adult children along with one grand-dog. Her hobbies are reading, writing, singing, walks on the beach, and travel. Her passion is to help people find their strengths and to assist them to develop those strengths.
