Wrong Book and Hollowed Out So It's Unreadable

This has nothing to do with the book itself, just what was sent to me. I ordered this book recently and it was just delivered. The dust jacket is correct but the book I got was Ronnie & Nancy Their Path to the White House 1911-1980. The middle of the book was hollowed out to create a hiding space for the previous owner. Not only is this the wrong book, but it's also unreadable. I checked to see if this book was returnable, however it is not.
