Wrong book

Wasn't what I ordered I specifically bought a book based on how you advertised it and this isn't it

I love ordering from here. But this time it's disaster

I’ve ordered several times this edition of Little prince and all purchases were perfect. But last one was like home print book. Not even colored pictures inside. Wrong publisher and edition, same just name of book. I was so disappointed.

Been obsessed with the little prince since Netflix made the animated movie

Was delivered fairly quick. I bought an Acceptable copy and it was practically new despite one page having been folded at the corner. The 4 star rated comes from me remembering I ordered a hardcover copy and being sent a paperback. That could be my fault but mentioning it, regardless.

Terrible quality

I ordered the Spanish version. I can literally see the pixels on the cover, and the inside of the book doesn't look like a real book. It's not very good quality printing at all.

So disappointing

book was damaged with many pages missing

le petit prince

im reading description and when i click french all the time showing in english.

Bill W and Dr Bob are not The Little Prince

I purchased this book expecting to receive a copy of the famous children's classic in the original French. When I opened the front cover, the title proclaimed itself to be Bill W and Dr Bob written by Samuel Shem and Janet Surrey. There was an entire play about the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous that lasted for 94 pages before I finally saw the familiar text and illustrations of Le Petit Prince. As far as I can tell both stories have been printed together omnibus-style and shipped to the unsuspecting reader. This would have been an amusing novelty item if I was purchasing it for myself but it was meant to be a gift and now I will have to find another copy at short notice. Very disappointed with my experience.

Really good quality

No he comenzado a leer el libro pero puedo decir que vino en una condición muy bonita e impecable como para ser solo 'good', la tienda hizo un buen trabajo.

I feel so sad I never received my book. I thought it was the mail, but maybe the address was wrong?

Please let me know why I didn’t receive my package.

Like new!

the good was literally like new. this is one of my favorite books of all times and i love the illustrations. very satisfied with my purchase!

Excited with slight disappointment

I got the book because I loved the story and also it said language would be french. I was disappointed when I received an English copy instead.

Delightful and insightful

Love, love this book for any age!

The Petit Prince

I had ordered this book in French but they sent the English copy. We are using it for my special needs son to study with his staff for the autism waiver, but I would like a copy in French and don't know how to get it now. It is an amazing book though.

A Classically Charming Story!

I was introduced to this book a while back and fell in love with the story and how it was written! It's story for all ages! A charming book to have in your library!

amazing!

perfect for all ages.

A remarkable classic book you should read!

The Little Prince is subtly beautiful, a poetic legend by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. “What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.” “But on your tiny planet, my little prince, all you need do is move your chair a few steps. You can see the day end and the twilight falling whenever you like..” “One day," you said to me, "I saw the sunset forty-four times!” “And a little later you added: "You know-- one loves the sunset, when one is so sad...” How amazing it is! The expressive writing carries both weight and sincerity. The subtle allegories make the reader realize the importance of living life to the fullest extent. “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye", The writing and storytelling was some of the best I’ve read in a children’s book in a long time and one of the books I remember from my childhood that I am still learning invaluable life lessons from. Such important lessons of great wisdom and knowledge in such a tiny book, from such a little prince. The Little Prince is one childhood book that everyone should recurring.

Beautiful story

The story and artwork is amazing. I got this to read to my toddler and I had thought it would have a few more pictures, so that was a disappointment, but it was worth it still. A story we both will cherish for years to come.

J'aime!

This book isn't only for children, adults need to read this. It's perfect for practicing your french and the quotes are beautiful.

This book is a life-long friend -- something new everytime!

My mom bought me this book when I was about 10 years old. I liked the pictures and the story captured my imagination. It seemed special, especially since my mom gave it to me. I read it again when I was about 16 and was blown away. I cried and cried. The insights I had gained between 10 and 16, I discovered, sat in the story, like little sparkling jewels half buried in sand.I read it again when I was about 22. Again, the depth of this little book surprised me, and again I was in tears. The last time I read it, I was about 25 and felt no less amazement than before at the spiraling depths of this simple story. (This book always makes me cry.)This is a book that grows with you. The story is enchanting and contains within its pages so many precious lessons, like little secrets -- keys to life -- revealed to the reader in stages, as the heart and mind grows and opens enough to perceive them. This book is a pure treasure, and I recommend it for everyone, young and old. I look forward to reading it again... and again... and again.

Timeless in any language

The Little Prince is timeless in any language and this particular translation managed to keep the beauty of St. Exupery's words and the little prince's charm.
