Far out in the remotest part of the remotest solar system of the remotest galaxy of the alternate universe, devious plans are afoot. Mr. Phlegm, the morbidly obese escaped war criminal, is plotting to assume the throne of the planet Zarntuckus. A retired special agent named Bebo Flaberwacky, enlists the help of a grouchy time machine salesman and his daughter (Zaphoz and Kim Bomar), an ex-professional wrestler turned super hero (Captain Thunderbuns) and an ancient prophet of the late, great and apparently mortal god P.J. Kazoondite (Kelp Von Bladdersmack) to foil Mr. Phlegm's plans and return a sense of normality to the alternate universe. The group quickly discovers, however, that normality is relative in this action- packed adventure-drama-comedy that even includes a climactic broadway-style musical number.
