Ethorenns world is turned upside down when his village gets burned to the ground by a group of orchs. He decides on traveling to the elves at Spring-Haven. On their journey they encounter a young princess captured by a fearsome dragon. Hearing her desperate screams Ethorenn decides to free her from the dragon and help her get home to her hometown, Merrieden. With the promise of a big reward for saving her, Ethorenn follows her to Merrieden where the princess true intentions is revealed.
