Excellent Lecture Series. Very clear and easy to follow.

I picked up this lecture series hardly knowing anything about the Supreme Court, but always having a desire to know more. Professor Kermit Hall cuts through the legalese of the different court cases making them much easier to understand for those of us who are not lawyers. He's very engaging, concise, and articulate. There are 14 lectures on 7 CDs. Professor Hall follows the same format in each lecture: naming the case presented before the Supreme Court, the dates they were argued, who argued the case, who the justices were, what the vote was, information, background, conclusion, the impact, and further reading if you're interested in learning more. Included with the series is a 112 page Course Guide Book, and if you go online and know the password (as given when you buy the series) you can take an online course exam. I highly recommend this to students of law, or just those wanting to learn more about the Supreme Court and important cases that have shaped our history.
