When you dwell on the past shortcomings and failures, fear of failure in the future experience, and on everything that you don't like in your life you trigger the process of it becoming your future reality as well. It's like a computer program and it's on autopilot; it will keep bringing in your life the same results until you decide to take control and build a better program which will make the old program obsolete, and everything you desire will come to you.
