A Beloved Book

As a gay chicano man, I often find myself drawn to Cherríe Moraga’s work. I was first introduced to her work with her essay, La Güera, and have since engaged in a desperate pursuit to familiarize myself with more of her work. This book - especially the poems that she writes - is captivating and engaging, and I especially recommend it to anyone interested in poetry!
