A fantastic tell of why the selfish and arrogant would never make it in a real apocalypse

Don't get attached. The Last Days of Salton Academy is a fantastic zombie narrative that goes through the fall of a human settlement. With characters hoarding food, murdering each other for personal gain or protection, and just in general not thinking things through, the survivors are going to dwindle. This book isn't long, but it is very, very good. Perfect for a cold day and a warm blanket, or waiting for an event to start at a convention (Which is when and how I read it).
