Wonderful characters

This is one of my favorite books in the world (though I haven't seen it in about four months cause I lent it to a so-called "friend" who promises to return it "any day now", argh). The thing I like best is the characters. David was so real to me, afraid of himself, lonely, guilty. Frank was probably my favorite character in the book. He reminds me of certain friends of mine. At first I really disliked Lily -- she seemed like a demon-child -- but after I realized what had happened I felt sorry for her. The only part of the book that I didn't like was Kathy's ghost. I didn't think that belonged in an otherwise realistic story, though it was through Kathy that David realized what Lily had done. All in all, a great book which I'd recommend to anyone who likes suspense novels.

The Killer's Cousin

This was a great book! I would recommend it to anyone. It is about David Yaffe who accidently killed is girlfriend. And his cousin, Lily. Lily is mean to him when he goes to stay with her family to complete his senior year of high school. David begins to wonder just what is wrong with Lily. You really should read this!

The Killer's Cousin

I loved the mystery of David's life which was slowly revealed and the unfolding of Lily's story which eventually enterwine with a common thread. They both learn a powerful life lesson in the end. A compelling read. Excellent mystery, no illustrations, and will recommend it to 7th through the 12th grades, as well as teachers and parents.

Great psychological suspense novel

I read this book last night in one sitting. Wow! I'm 24 (does that count as "young adult"?) and I was mightily impressed and enjoyed it immensely. It might not be appropriate for some younger teens, and it's classification as YA seems quite incidental (to me). Great book :-)

I loved this book

I am in 7th grade and I loved this book! It was really suspensful and if some parts were obviously going to happen there were a lot of surprises. It was also cool because you kind of had to piece together the main characters past as you went a long. The book didn't just tell you. It is a little confusing at first because of this but then you get used to it and it is really cool.
