I checked this book out from the school library. It was printed in 1980 so it might be hard to find, but it's an excellent book for a teenager on a diet. It's short (the hardcover's 179 pages), but there are good diet recipes and a lot of interesting, original charts to help you keep track of what, when, and WHY you eat. Not only that, a diet book geared toward kids and teens is a rare find nowadays. Also check out The Sweet Dreams Body Book, something else I reviewed. Apparently I am the only person around interested in teenagers' diet books from the 1980's...
