This really is an outstanding book for children. The story issuccinct and remarkable. And I would suggest that many adults would benefit by reading it, too. All the nagging, surly people in the world could benefit by having to sort ugly sounds themselves, by feeling what it is like to be on the receiving end of whining and complaining. The illustrations are a treat. Vlad Guzner is an international sensation in the world of illustrations, with a lot of experience in working for such prestigious publications as The New York Times. If you have children ages 4-9 and you don't have this book, then you should definitely get a copy. If you are an adult and you want to remind yourself or your loved ones to hold useless whining and concentrate on the positive, acquire the book and keep it handy.
