Yummy!

My favorite cookbook of hers is "Love of Eating"....this is as good as that one. You could never call her recipes bland. Flavor is what gives her 5 stars. Also, easy to prepare.

Whenever I am having company, I pull out one of the five Renny Darling cookbooks I have collected over the years. This is one of my favorite ones. The recipes are gourmet quality with easy preparation and readily available ingredients. If you are the type of cook who wants to prepare a great feast with minimal time in the kitchen this is the cookbook for you. She also gives hints about what parts can be prepared ahead and reheated at the last minute. Her recipes are so consistently good, I never hesitate to try something new on company
