My husband had been given this book many years ago and he'd just passed it down to our daughter. We just bought him this one for a Father's Day gift. It's a great little book to gather encouragement from.

The Jesus Person's Pocket Promise book

I keep a copy of this little book in my purse to use to help people with questions and to encourage them with the promises God makes to those who love Him. Jesus has the answers to life's questions and comfort for times of sorrow. I challenge the women I mentor to meditate on God's promises and memorize the verses, this book makes it easy to do a topical study on a particular area such as "Are finances always a worry?" I highly recommend this book.
