Wonderful Sufi Poetry/Peaceful Ecumenical Message

The political setting when it was written was the 1930's and 1940's, and by a curious California Priest/Sufi/Rabbi. But the message echoes back to today's times, post 9/11, with more relevancy than ever. Madman is no longer from the 1940's, but from today's cast of characters. Communism is no longer with us, but poverty, envy, and greed are still... Healing balm for the day.
