A great Introduction for Children

This simple, yet effective introduction to the Inuit People will be a good resource for a childrens library. It combines the past and the future of the Inuit, the contents covering The Arctic people, Travelers and Hunters, Living on the Land, Visitors Arrive, Keeping traditions and Walking Forward, looking Back. Along with interesting photographs, this book also includes a time line and a glossary. But what I really like is if you are wanting to delve a little further on the topic of the Inuit people, the author has put a section in the back where you can "Find out More". It gives you a list of books, organisations and online sites. I am glad it is in my library. A big thumbs up.
