Great Entertainment.

Great book. Full of information and easy to read. Learn plenty of things you never knew before and a few things that you wish you didn't. This book is not limited to one topic and contains all sorts of fun facts. Learn some of the stuff in this book and tell it to your family and friends. They'll either think you're a genius or a psycho. Enjoy!

Outrageously interesting, a "must" for the knowledge-hungry!

What fun! I read it straight through immediately. This book "takes the cake" for revealing unusual facts. Slover has killed two birds with one proverbial stone, by tweeking the imagination and sparking curiosity. The Instant Genuis provides an incredible array of uncommon information that is imaginative, useful, and bizarre at the same time. The next time someone asks me about the only life form with retractable horns, or what triskaidekaphobia is, I shall be able to answer without a moment's hesitation. Well done!

This unique book would make a great stocking stuffer.

I purchased this book on a whim...I just liked the title. The next day I brought it with me to lunch with three of my co-workers. What an absolutely fun hour we had taking turns reading the most fascinating questions and answers to each other....of course we also tried to guess at some as we went along which was pretty hysterical in itself. Why I still remember all the information days later I don't know..but it's too bad this author wasn't my history teacher way back when...I would have aced the class. This book is great for those" filler" times whether alone or with others and would make a great stocking stuffer.

A highly entertaining collection of rare and funny factoids.

The Instant Genius is full of surprises and great fun. From learning how insects might be contributing to the greenhouse effect to discovering that the same man who invented the lie detector also created the cartoon character Wonder Woman, to finding out what George Washington's false teeth were really made of, (not wood) I found myself amused, sometimes amazed and frequently laughing out loud.

Well written collection of fascinating facts with humor

This interesting and enjoyable book contains numerous fascinating facts that are often conveyed with a sense of humor. Not only did I learn a lot, I laughed along the way.
