A great introduction and guide for new parents-to-be.

Tina Otte's Illustrated Guide To Pregnancy And Birth is written by a midwife and educator and provides the latest tips on pregnancy and birth, from pre-birth to bringing the baby home and settling into a new life. Color photos throughout provide embellishment.

Excellent, Easy to Read, Well Illustrated Guide

My husband and I both found this to be a very well written book that covers all stages of pregnancy, labor and birth. Though it is not exhaustive in all the different views and opinions surrounding pregnancy and delivery, it does do a very good job giving a well illustrated guide to the basic, normal process. Seems to favor neither natural nor assisted (i.e. epidural/medicated) delivery. Just gives facts. ALSO, it is VERY graphically illustrated (weak stomachs beware!)
