The sirens blared, and the meteors exploded. Sending shards of asphalt and concrete up and out like dynamite.
Flames from the meteors burnt hot and devoured everything up to thirty feet away. It shot up as high as the tenth floor.
Jaimie watched in horror as she ran towards the shelter.
As she cowered in fear, she knew things would never be the same again.
But what she didn't know, was how different things were going to be.
No one could have predicted what was about to happen.
