Great Book!

Enjoyed all the characters and there are many. Some times I had to stop reading to resort who was who in the plot. Would never have guessed the ending. Definitely worth reading. You won’t be disappointed.

Messy

The book barely has no introduction to the characters or anything so it leaves you feeling lost as your reading. Could only take up to chapter 4.

Mostly Good And Funny

I liked this book for the most part. There were some parts toward the end that I found hard to stomach. I didn't really like the way the story was resolved. I found parts of it hard to believe.

Plot twister

This book was very well written - some major turns at the very end of the book which kept you on the edge of your seat.

Wasn't expecting that!!

The only reason I chose 4 stars is because sometimes it was hard to catch up with the characters and the bouncing back and forth. However, the writing is amazing! The descriptions are very easy to visualize along with the characters developments. Once I was about 3 chapters in I was hooked. If you feel some type of way or think you know where the book is heading, I guarantee you will be quite surprised!

I’m still processing this novel. I don’t know if Liane Moriarty is a terrible writer or an absolute literary master. I’m leaning towards the latter. Great read. Slow burn. Explosive.

Great book

I loved all the different characters and how it all comes together. I should have seen the "twist" coming, but I didn't! Great read.

Keeps Ypu Guessing Till The End

This was one of my absolute favorite books that I read in our book club, all the others were so predictable and nauseating "the same" that when I read The Husbands Secret I was expecting it to be the same. Boy was I surprised, so many characters interwoven and secrets made me a horrible mum for the entire day that I read this. Seriously couldn't put it down I read throughout the night just to get to the end and because of how heavy invested I had gotten into the characters found myself shocked at how it all ended. I highly recommend 👌

What is the husbands secret you are wondering?

I’ve just started getting back into reading and I am so happy I have started with this amazing novel! There were many twists and the book wasn’t predictable so I did not know what was going to happen next. I loved how there were 3 separate storylines of the main characters and they all come together. Can’t wait to read more from this author.

Predictable.

I had truly high expectations for this book. I felt it was too predictable and I was ready to be done with it by the end. I am hoping other books by this author are better.

Moriarty’s writing style was so captivating that I had such a hard time putting it down! The anticipation for what was coming next had me sitting on the edge of my seat! Would recommend this to anyone!

"Unputdownable" is right

A review on the cover of my copy says "unputdownable" and it's completely accurate. I borrowed a friend's copy of another Liane Moriarty book and ever since then I'm hooked. I love her writing, her stories, her twists. Haven't found a book of Moriarty's I haven't loved.

Wow Wow Wow

I haven't read a good book, like this in a long time. I can't remember the last time I absolutely couldn't out a book down because of the story and needing to know more. The last time I had to contemplate sleeping or reading was when I was younger and reading the Harry Potter series. This is the second book I've read from this author and I want them all!

Very good story

Omg! This is 1st book I read from this author & I couldn't put it down! Very good story & certainly not what you think it might be! Really leaves you thinking hard about lifes choices we make. Great read.

Husband's Secret

It started a little slow for me but I that changed after the first 100 pages. It's my first Moriarty but it won't be my last.

The Husband’s Secret is wonderful

Liane Moriarty is now one of my favorite authors next to Jodi Picoult. This was very well written and, like Jodi, you can picture being there. I highly recommend this book.

A complete knock out!

I'm not a big fan of different point-of-views within a story but this one blew me out of the water! This is a must read! I actually felt sympathy for the main antagonist. I would recommend this to anyone who loves a good plot twist!

This is a must read!

This was my third book by this author and may be close to my favorite of hers. Loved it. I know some people can figure out a story line by the middle of the book, I try not to ever do that if I can help it. This was worth going into it not knowing what the book was about at all. It was a page turner for me. Lots of parts I didn't anticipate. Loved the ending.

OK, I was hooked from the very first few lines in chapter one!!! She finds a letter written from her husband. The envelope was meant for her to open when he dies. But in fact, they have been living as normal as any other family and he is very much alive! Why would he write her a letter for her to read only if has died? Well of course I needed to know what the husbands letter said! And you will too, so get ready for one powerful story that will rattle your bones!
