This is my favorite handbook - get it!

I got such a kick out of reading and using this fun and very revealing little book! What great perspectives on day-to-day relationships (and Life!)! It's hard for me to believe there is anyone who wouldn't benefit from reading this book. I sure did!

Keep This Handbook Handy

If this book hasn't sold a million copies, it should have! It's amazing how this brief book that takes no longer than 30-minutes to read can say so much! I'm tossing out every big, boring self-help book and keeping this one in my purse. Never came across such a helpful, practical and no-nonsense approach to getting along with others. And most of all myself!

Five Star Handbook

There are so many powerful ways to smooth out relationships in this one 20-page book! No wonder it has a gold colored cover! Reading "The How to Easily Handle Difficult People Handbook" is like discovering gold! Just one of it's nifty nuggets solved a nightmare problem I was having with my co-worker. Thanks!

Short But Very Useful

This book is very short; 16 (sixteen) pages. It is also very useful; and worth the full cover price ($4.95) based on useful content. But to be clear, it is closer to what many people would think of as a booklet. It is the common 5.5 inch by 8.5 inch size, but does not have a flat out spine like a perfect-bound paperback. Rather it is stapled, as are most booklets without enough pages for a spine.13 types of difficult people are described. And following each description is a "response," suggesting how to respond to such a person. Some of the types of people are:The Gloom and DoomerThe IntimidatorThe Energy ThiefMr. ObnoxiousThe Criticizerand 8 others. The descriptions are accurate. The suggested responses are insightful and useful.Small and useful is better than big and useless. So as long as you realize that this book is small, as described above, you shouldn't be disappointed, because the content is really that good.
