Must have if you cook GF

This got to be best GF backing book . I got lot of GF Books ,this one is my feverate. Directions are so easy and clear , hwoo need to do mix ,when you can buy King Arthur, and Bob Read meil, mix and go .I just love it , best book on market . Another winer from America test kitchen .

Super handy!

I’ve been reading out of this from time to time ever since I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy and I can say that it’s super handy! Definitely recommend!

Tried and true…..

Everything I’ve tried in this cookbook has worked wonderfully. I especially like the banana bread. The tips & suggestions in the book have made me a better gluten-free baker even when not using the recipes in the book.
