Pretty good

A pretty decent book on flipping, many good tips. Since this is an "Answer Book" it makes a little bit of an awkward read because it doesn't quite have the flow and structure of a regular or even instructional book. However, there are many good tips in here that help make up a good addition to your collection of reading material on the subject.
