Left Me Utterly Confused

It appears this author was struggling w/an internal crisis & penning it out resulted in this book. Impossible to follow. Treasure hunt for instructions on following this diet. Portions repeated, yet altered, so you'll flip back to confirm which instructions were double stated or omitted on many random pages. Very unorganized. I threw my hands up in frustration. The only clear message this author indignantly conveys is a personal opinion on cattle production & multiple buzz-phrases under the umbrella of "global warming/climate change" ("Bringing reusable bags to the grocery store...") How does this relate to a diet which resets hormones? I think the author purposed to be an OP-ED journalist, not attempt to champion diet guidance. I will give this book a hard NO.
