Missing first disc

I ordered this and it was rated to be in "good" condition. However, upon receipt, the case was damaged and only the extra/bonus feature discs were included in the case. The first disc, which has the actual episodes,was missing. There was no indication in the product listing that this might be the case, and I'm rather upset at not hanging the actual feature.
