My first by this author and I can say this was an actual beach read for me. As in toes in the sand.
A little outside my normal genre. a definite mystery but at the heart a story of friendship. True friendship is in the heart and it's blind to social status and race. You find a friend and you don't care about the differences - or you find a friend because of this differences.
I'm glad I took the chance on this one.
