They charged me for the hardcover version and sent me a paperback copy.

This is a great book however they charged me for the hard cover version and sent me the paperback version. I paid about $50 for the hardcover version and the paperback copy they sent me came with a price tag stuck on the cover for $4.99! Oy vey I like fishing but I don’t like bait and switch!
