Not “new” if it has writing and underlining already in it!!

How is this supposed to be a NEW book when there’s writing and notes all over it?! Just because the outside book looks “new” doesn’t mean the entire book is brand-new, unopened. This is extraordinarily misleading and I won’t be ordering again.
