Awesome!

I loved this book! It's well worth the money. You learn so much about green foods and what is good for you. The information is very inspiring and just amazing! By the time you're done reading it, you'll be off to the health food store to buy some greens and chlorella!

Color Me Green

I have been thrilled with this book. It has answered so many questions I had. It even answered questions I hadn't come to yet. It is a great way to start your new live of health and well-being. There is so much information, but it is written in a way that a lay-person, as myself, has no trouble understanding. This book has so much useful information that I incorporated into my life before I was halfway finished with this book. I definitely recommend this book to all who want to take control of their health and happiness.

Made me rethink my diet completely

This book makes green foods so easy to understand. You hear about wheatgrass all the time, but I never before understood why it's so healthy, and about all the other amazing green food options and what they can do for your body. Why doesn't everyone know about this?

Good Medicine from a Crusader

Read David Sandoval's book and get the big picture about how to change your diet to save your health by eating plant-based dishes and enjoying the supplemental powers of what are known as super green foods. Sandoval is one of the nation's leading experts on super green foods such as chlorella, barley, wheat grass, alfalfa--the kinds of juices so many health conscious American quaff at their local juice bar. Everything you need to know!

I'm somewhat new to the extreme health food diet, but I have been feeling so much better over the last few years since I began eating less processed food and more healthy natural foods. I found this book in a health food store in January and I love it. It is extremely thorough and explains all of the fantastic benefits and uses of all green foods. It also includes interesting facts and stories regarding the relation between eating these foods and avoiding specific health issues. Intelligently written and inspiring as well. I highly recommend it!
