Olga was stunned, by the situation and the question. She looked at Francous and he smiled and nodded. "Yes." "The right to claim the power of another is part of the challenge as defined in the rules of the Council. This ritual requires the assistance of two sorcerers of the first tier. Before we assist you with the ritual, you must agree to submit to the authority of the council. Are you willing to submit to the authority of the Council?" Again, Olga was confused by the question.
