Huge variety of recipes

I am now excited to cook dinner. There are sone really good recipes in here. My pressure cooker is goi g to be used everyday.

My go to Pressure Cooker cookbook

I love that this cookbook has stovetop as well as electric pressure cooker adaptions. Call me old fashioned but the jiggle of the stovetop weight is so satisfying. Finding cookbooks these days that are for the stovetop are pretty hard to find so I am super happy to have found this one. Whether you use electric or stovetop, there are so many recipes to choose from.
