What a cool discovery

This cookbook has a variety of recipes, such as, Chili Salad, Pressure Cooker Chili, Slow Cooker Chili, Chili and Beans with Jalapeno Dumplings, there is Texas Chili, Southwest Chili, Mid-west Chili, California Chili, Chili with Salami and Chili with carraway seeds. There is something for everyone in this book. Love it.

The Bible on Chili Making and History

Discovered in a box in my grandmother's basement, this book has been a joy not only to cook from but to read. The "history" of chili making in the US is very interesting for chili lovers and every recipe I've tried has been fantastic.
