Great book -definitely recommended:

What a great book! It's unlike any other career guide I've read. I like that the author doesn't sugarcoat the fact that getting into private equity is not easy. I never knew that there was such a traditional way that people have taken to get into private equity. While I found the insights offered by Glocap to extremely useful in my own job search, what really helped me were the stories of the people who got jobs. I hope I can follow in their footsteps and will definitely be using some of their suggestions. I've been recommending this book to all my friends interested in private equity.
