Beautiful interpretation for all

This is an easy to read spiritual book which transcends the walls between religions and gives a beautiful guide about how to live life righteously.

Easy to understand and cool translations/illustrations.

The illustrations/translations are cool because you get a real sense of what you are reading in english...an understanding of how it would originally appear. Very cool and informative/englightening book!!!

One of the better translations of the Gita

Irina Gajjar does a brillant job translating the sacred and holy texts from the Gita. The wisdom and holiness of these sacred works is properly on display; as the author provides a bridge to understanding through her translation of the Bhagavad Gita. A spiritual adventurte in reading for anyone with an opne mind and heart.

A very simple translation

Ms. Gajjar gives a very simple translation of what is arguably the most complex of all the well-known scriptures of the world. Although much of the metaphysical, philosophical and yogic content of the original Gita is missing the essential message is still preserved and maybe even brought out with greater clarity in this little book. An ideal translation for absolute beginners and children. But my advice is: don't stop here. Use this book as a springboard for yourself and your children to leap into the spiritual depths of this ancient scripture

Irina Gajjar is clearly the work she has so elequently and completely translated. The awesome task and responsibility in translating The Bhagavad Gita is met with grace and intellectual competence. This is a 21st Century poetic and gender pure work. The words are simply beautiful.The Gita tells the story of Humankind's search for Truth. The underlying theme in The Gita is that who ever seeks Him thru listening or reading His words, will know Him.The accompanying art work is delicate and appropriate to accompanying a work of Scripture. The "simplicity" of this translation is it's strength.
