More sturdy than regular Little Golden Books

This is excactly the same as a Little Golden Book, but with a sturdier cover so it should last longer. A very cute story!

Very large book!

Was I ever surprised when I got this in the mail. The book is a nice-size book; nothing like any of the smaller Golden Books that you find in the stores. I try to get all my Christmas books on sale, but it is well worth the $8.99 splurge. And to be quite frank, I'm not a big fan of Richard Scarry books, but this is a nice addition to my collection of Gingerbread books.

This is a great version of the classic story, with fantastic illustrations by Richard Scarry. The images are bright and detailed, and my two year old LOVES this book!
