We first saw this book in the USA when visiting family. We created a Gingerbread house together, and had so much fun doing it that we decided to bring the tradition back to the UK. This book is a gem - covering every aspect of the making and baking and decorating. Can't wait until next Christmas to make our own!!!

If you have never made gingerbread before, this is the book for you. The recipes are easy and the step by step pictures walk you through the process of making anything from gingerbread cookies to a variety of gingerbread houses with various themes. I would highly recommend it.

I am really disappointed that this book is not available. Really would like to purchase it. We have it in the public library, but to do the projects I would like to own it. The best book I have come across on this subject!! Simple and to the point.
