This book is the best. First you have to read the first two books, The Ghost of Fossil Glen and The Ghost and Mrs.Hobbs, which are also the best books in the world. Allie comes back to face another ghost. Is this one evil or good? How can she tell if the ghost can only bark, whimper and fetch. Yup, Allie's new ghost is a dog. Once her teacher, Mr.Henry asks her to dog sit his dog Hoover, Hoover disappeares.
