I found out about this book from another author I follow, Mark Manson, who is in the self-help/life advice realm. I gave it a shot and I didn't love it, but it wasn't the worst thing either. However, I would not recommend this book to anyone. The author only used anecdotes to support his ideas, and in the religion section he sounded like a zealot to me and it started to feel weird.
