Wonderful Wellness Handbook

After reading a couple of similar books, I've got to say that this one is truly my favorite since the first time I gave it an overlook. The author smartly divides the book into sections that follow the logical order of a standard week day, from morning to bedtime. It's full of useful tips & tricks and also includes some healthy recipes that I've tried and found very delightful. This is one of the best books on living without stress and full of energy with simple & natural methods. Thank you Jane!

Instant healing for busy people

I wrote this book because so many people said that, although they wanted to try different therapies, there were so many on offer it was tough to figure out which would be best. I have tried to give readers the chance to try aspects of each therapy out for yourself - so you get a really clear taster of what they entail.The book is divided into sections covering each part of the day - from getting up through the average working day right up until bedtime. There should be something to please everyone (I hope) and I've included techniques from a wide variety of therapies - from shiatsu and yoga to Tibetan medicine and Reiki. The tips given are all really simple yet extremely effective (I use them myself so I know they work)I like to think this book is ideal for anyone living a hectic life and also makes a good present for stressed-out friends who might be a bit wary of jumping in the deep end with natural health.I hope you like it.Should I award myself 5 stars? It's a bit cheeky, I know - but I do think it's a good book (if I say so myself!).

Perfect for today's world!

This book is perfect for people who want to better their lives but don't have the time to read a huge book on yoga, homeopathy and meditation. It mixes all aspects of natural, easy-to-follow (with great pictures) information for a healthier life. I really recommend it! (I actually buying two of them for as a gift.)
