WHERE'S THE POPCORN????

This book has movie all over it!!!!! Someone please make THE FIST oF GOD a movie. What a great plot and storyline. I love the charaters, but the best part is the pace Nicholas takes his readers through. And I loved the symbolism. Like when James stumbles over a box of books and the only reason he doesn't fall is because he grabs the hand of a replica Jesus in storage. Great stuff! Looking forward to the next one.

Much better than I expected-better than Left Behind

A.T. Nicholas achieves something the Left Behind Series fails to do, elevate the contest between good and evil without beating you over the head with it. This engagement, from the foundation of the Earth, has been played out before all Creation as a witness to all the hosts of heaven as well as the inhabitants of Earth. I suspect Mr. Nicholas has absorbed some C.S. Lewis in his lifetime. I would also recommend a superb novel by Jerry Furland, "Transfer-the end of the beginning". I wonder if "I am the Alpha and the Omega" verse from the book of Revelations may be a sub theme in this remarkable thriller in which cutting edge technology enables a digital utopian nightmare.

Keeps you interested with excellent unexpected twists

If I had not had to get off the train I would have finished the book in one sitting. The books keeps you interested. The unexpected twists in the plot add a spice for trying to figure out who is actually who. He sets scenes in a way that always builds up the climax and anti-climax of the book. It is a thought provoking but enjoyable and exciting book to read. I look next forward to his next book (and the next hair cut. :-))

Cool Novel!

I like Nicholas' style. The short chapters are great. It made it easy to read. The story jumps around a lot, and that made it a little confusing, but if you stay with it, the plot unfolds like an onion right before your eyes. I read it twice. The second time is really cool because you can see where Nicholas is heading with the plot.
