A MUST HAVE FOR NEW PARENTS!!!

This is a great book. My husband and I bought it before we got pregnant, and folllowed through it for all 3 trimesters and after our baby was born. The book covers lots of issues like healthy diet, pre-pregnancy and pregnancy excersise, healthy weight gain, lots of advices on "do's" and "dont's." It helped us a lot! In fact, we didn't buy any other pregnancy cookbooks, we just didn't need them after reading this one.
