Parents often wonder what is the best starting point for encouraging their children to explore and discuss their feelings. This is it! I found this book to be a great place to begin discussing feelings. One of the real benefits is the introduction of someone elses' feelings in each of the stories. After hearing about the way another individual felt, my child was more anxious to contribute his feelings. This is a fun, colorful and easy to implement book for children and a parent. It seems like once kids are given a chance to talk about their feelings you can't get them to stop!
