f2 DIET

I did the previous "F1 Diet" while living in London some years ago and it was the most successful diet of the many many I have tried. I just discovered the F2 diet and starting it now. Thge F1 plan was extrremely simple; not sure why but it was truely effective. I lost 40 pounds and dfound myself running to the next bus stop instead of waiting for the bus! Most energy I had in years!

This book changed my life

I had been suffering with chronic constipation and IBS for 52 years and had gone to numerous doctors and healers for help. I stumbled across this book in a Sydney, Australia bookstore 5 months ago, went back the next day, purchased it and put into practice what the author suggested. My health has sky-rocketed! Finally, Realistic and Practical Way to Eat!

Okay, I'll confess to having read (and tried) a few (million) diet books. Actually its become a hobby of sorts, but I have to say that this "diet" book is far and away the most practical to consistantly use that I've run across in a very long time. No extremes in terms of foods you must eat or avoid. Recipes and food-prep philosophy easy to incorporate into the daily lives of you and your family. Your digestive system might take a few days to adjust - depending upon what your previously way of eating was like - but overall I think this is a way of eating that most can adapt to.
