This is the book that makes multimillionaires. This book dives in deep and provides detail on how to send your company public. It provides so much detailed information that it is a must have for anyone that is planning on taking their company to the Stock Market and obtaining a Stock Symbol. It provides all the secrets that a business man, or woman, needs. It is a shame that it has gone out of print. This book should be used in Colleges and Universities as a text book. It bypasses the standard text book and gets right to the point. It is not puffed up by writers that get together to make a text book for a University Institution, yet never provide valuable information. I would recommend this book to a person that wants to own their own company and get others to invest in it. Forget getting your MBA. Obtain, and read, this book instead and you will bypass all MBA graduates.
